What happens when the free messages run out?
Free's 50 messages are simulated test sends inside your one flow, so no real customer ever sees them and there's nothing to break. Once you've used them and know the product works for you, pick a paid plan to start replying to real customers. On Starter, the 20 live messages are real: once they're used, upgrade to Pro to keep the AI agent replying live.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Starting free needs no card at all. Card checkout is coming soon. For now, choosing a paid plan doesn't take payment on this site either: you leave your contact details and we reach out personally to arrange payment and activate your workspace, usually within the hour.
Why can't I message everyone at once?
That's an Instagram rule, not one of ours. Meta only allows a business to message someone within 24 hours of that person's last message to you, which is Instagram's standard messaging window. Broadcast automatically targets only the customers currently inside that window; anyone outside it needs to write in again before you can reach them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and it stops future billing (the period already in progress isn't refunded unless we say otherwise). Since payment is arranged personally rather than by card right now, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
What if I go over my included messages?
Depends on the plan. On Starter, once your 20 live trial messages are used, you upgrade to Pro to keep the AI agent replying live. On Pro, your included volume is calculated for your exact setup via a quick 15-message calibration test right after you publish. Past that, you're billed a small per-message rate (roughly $0.02 to $0.10, priced for your region), so replies never just stop.
Does this work with a personal Instagram account?
No. dmly connects to an Instagram Business account through Meta's official Graph API. If yours is a personal account, switch it to Business in Instagram's own settings, then connect it here.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. dmly is built entirely on Meta's official Instagram Graph API, not scraping or unofficial workarounds. We only request the permissions the product needs to send and receive messages on your behalf, and we follow Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies throughout.
